Full-Time / Contract Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Java applications. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams. Design and develop scalable, high-performing microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software development best practices. Drive application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support activities. Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and strategic decision-making. Manage sprint commitments and actively contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Support end-to-end software delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Required Skills 15+ years of overall experience in software development with strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Core Java. Deep hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate , and related frameworks. Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases , including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Experience with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ . Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform . Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes , container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. Expertise with development tools including Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube , and version control systems. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, System Design, and Application Architecture . Experience in application modernization and cloud-native development. Preferred Skills Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and distributed systems. Exposure to Terraform, OpenShift, Kubernetes , and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Knowledge of security frameworks and standards including OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security , and API security. Proven experience leading and managing teams of 5-10+ developers . Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications in highly regulated environments. Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
