We are looking for a talented Software Section Lead to support our team in a player/coach role serving as both a first line manager and a key contributor to program execution. You will leverage your extensive technical experience by supporting the full lifecycle of a development program while also managing a group of software engineers. Job Responsibilities Provide first line supervision, mentoring, coaching, career development, and performance management for a small to medium sized team of software engineers. Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new team members to meet business needs. Use your technical skills and experience to ensure the design, implementation, and sustainment of our software solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations. Be a major technical contributor to the development programs and/or proposals as either an individual contributor, technical lead, or discipline program lead. Collaborate with other section leads and discipline leads to ensure program success. Conduct one-on-one and section level meetings. $132962 - $226035 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
