Interpret relevant L2/L3 communications standards and technical specifications and translate them into efficient, reliable software implementations. Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple sites to integrate, validate, and improve stack functionality and system performance. What You Bring At least 10+ years of hands-on development experience with embedded or real-time components in multithreaded systems. Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Solid understanding of communication protocols, with the ability to interpret L2/L3 standards and specifications and implement them effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, multisite organization. Preferred Qualifications Prior development experience with cellular communication standards, particularly 4G LTE and/or 5G NR. Experience with containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
