DevOps Engineer Location:
Berkeley Heights, NJ, USA Need Only BFSI Domain Job Summary We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, and JFrog Artifactory.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters including namespaces, deployments, services, pods, and container configuration.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform modules for provisioning cloud infrastructure.
  • Create and manage Docker images and container workflows for various environments.
  • Implement configuration management using Chef or similar tools.
  • Monitor system performance using Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and AppDynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and propose optimal DevOps solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and ensure adherence to SLA and ITIL processes.
  • Implement automation for deployment, server provisioning, and validation using scripting and InSpec.
  • Maintain change management documentation using ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira. Required Skills
  • Strong experience in AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.)
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics
  • Knowledge of version control tools: Bitbucket, Git, SVN
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash/Shell)
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise clients in Banking/Financial domains
  • Exposure to global teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Any cloud certification (AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer)
