Contract On-Site Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities Design and develop IVR call flows and voice applications Build and maintain solutions on platforms like Genesys Cloud, Avaya Aura, or Cisco Unified Contact Center Integrate IVR systems with backend services (APIs, databases, CRM systems) Develop and maintain VoiceXML (VXML) or similar scripting for IVR logic Implement speech recognition and text-to-speech (TTS) solutions Troubleshoot call flow issues and optimize performance Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and improve user experience Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of IVR applications Monitor system performance and ensure high availability Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of IVR systems and call center technologies Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Java Knowledge of VoiceXML (VXML), CCXML, or similar technologies Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, and telephony protocols Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) Basic knowledge of databases and SQL Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with platforms like Amazon Connect or Twilio Familiarity with speech AI tools like Google Dialogflow Knowledge of cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure Understanding of call analytics and reporting tools Experience with Agile development methodologies Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field 5+ years of experience in IVR development or contact center technologies
