Senior Manager Job Summary:
Lead and implement DevSecOps practices across multiple projects. Integrate security throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) . Drive collaboration between Development, Operations, and Security teams . Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and risks. Promote a culture of security, automation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead DevSecOps implementation and security initiatives. Define and implement security requirements and best practices. Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources. Conduct DevSecOps training and security awareness workshops. Improve application and infrastructure security through automated testing and monitoring . Communicate project status and security initiatives to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and development risks. Stay updated with DevSecOps trends and emerging technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong DevOps knowledge and experience. Strong understanding of DevSecOps and security practices . Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools . Proficiency in security tools and technologies . Strong Project Management experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
AWS / Azure / GCP and cloud security.
Docker / Kubernetes
. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .
Security/compliance frameworks:
GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS
. DevOps/Security certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer or CISSP .
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field . Master's degree or relevant Project Management/Security certifications preferred. ????
