This role will evaluate emerging technologies, guide architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, and partner with business and IT leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Research and evaluate emerging technologies and develop recommendations based on business value, cost, and implementation strategy. Develop and govern technology architecture standards, reference patterns, and best practices. Drive consistency across engineering teams through common tools, processes, architecture standards, and DevSecOps practices. Guide cloud adoption, modernization, technology migration, and retirement of legacy systems. Lead technology adoption through coaching, training, and change management. Manage strategic relationships with key technology vendors and evaluate vendor roadmaps. Partner with business leaders, engineering teams, architects, and IT to align technology solutions with business priorities. Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for technology investments and portfolio changes. Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity practices, industry trends, and competitive developments. Required Qualifications 12-15+ years of diverse technology experience. Strong experience with cloud technologies, cloud migration, and DevSecOps. Experience with Java development, PL/SQL/Oracle, web services, and mobile applications. Strong architecture, problem-solving, consulting, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience working with executive stakeholders. Proven ability to lead collaboration and drive alignment across technical and business teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile product management or corporate development. Experience with telematics, connected vehicle, or automotive technologies. AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty.

Pay:

$165,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
