Onsite Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in Capital Markets, particularly Fixed Income and Electronic Trading. The candidate will develop and maintain front-office trading applications, improve platform performance, and collaborate with trading teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Java-based applications for Fixed Income trading. Build and support electronic trading platforms used in front-office operations. Work closely with traders, sales teams, business analysts, and technology teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. Develop and integrate microservices, APIs, and distributed application components. Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and business continuity. Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews. Follow development best practices to ensure clean, maintainable, and high-quality code. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in Java development . Practical experience in Fixed Income and Capital Markets . Knowledge of Electronic Trading (E-Trading) platforms and front-office trading workflows. Experience developing and supporting high-performance, business-critical applications. Strong understanding of Microservices architecture . Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Fixed Income products, including Bonds, Treasuries, Credit, and Interest Rates. Familiarity with FIX Protocol and electronic market connectivity. Experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and service integration. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Exposure to Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
