BFSI AI Engineering Platform Project Description :

Design, development, and engineering of the BFSI AI Engineering Platform - a portfolio-wide platform delivering AI-driven automation, data, and engineering capabilities across Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domains including mortgage, capital markets, and trading. Initiatives under this platform include AI/ML-enabled engineering tooling, cloud-native application and data platform build-out, and trading platform components.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable, cloud-native software solutions for the BFSI AI Engineering Platform. Define solution and application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven and distributed-system design patterns. Design and develop REST APIs, integration services, workflow/orchestration components, and high-throughput data processing solutions. Architect and integrate applications with AWS cloud services, enterprise data platforms, databases, and third-party systems. Design and implement AI/GenAI-enabled application components, including integrations with LLM-based services, RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions. Establish technical standards and reusable architecture patterns for security, scalability, resiliency, performance, and observability. Develop proof-of-concepts and reusable engineering accelerators and transition successful solutions into production-ready implementations. Define CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches using GitHub Actions and Terraform. Perform architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams. Collaborate with product, business, architecture, DevOps, data, security, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and production-ready software solutions.
