LC/NC Developer Associate- ACWS DSA Inc. 5418 S Scott Plaza (Show on map) Sep 01, 2026 All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.
LC/NC Developer Summary:
Develop and sustains LCNC capabilities by configuring workflows, interfaces, records, integrations, business rules, and reusable components that support modernization and secure mission delivery.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems 4+ Years of software engineering, including at least 2+ years of hands-on Appian development. Appian Associate certification and Comp Tia Security+ Experience with interfaces, process models, records, rules, integrations, data objects, reusable components, Agile stories, unit testing, peer review, releases, defect resolution, production troubleshooting, and requirements translation. Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired
Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain LC/NC workflows, interfaces, records, rules, integrations, and reusable components Implement stories, resolve defects, test, and support sprints Follow design, security, naming, and performance standards Support peer reviews, releases, documentation, and production operations. #DSA209 #LI-JE1 The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. DSA - Salary Pay Range $135,000 - $145,000 USD Many of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
