The Monday.com Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions within the monday.com Work Management platform. This role partners with business stakeholders, product managers, and functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient, user-friendly workflows and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience within monday.com, with expertise in solution architecture, board design, workflow optimization, and platform governance. They will create and maintain solutions that support intake, execution, reporting, and portfolio management processes across the organization. This individual will serve as a key resource for designing and enhancing monday.com solutions that improve operational efficiency, increase visibility into work, and support business transformation initiatives. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend scalable approaches, implement new capabilities, and continuously improve existing solutions. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance technical platform expertise with business process improvement objectives. In addition, the Monday.com Developer will contribute to continuous platform innovation by evaluating new capabilities, integration opportunities and automation enhancements within the monday.com ecosystem. The successful candidate will support solution delivery from requirements through deployment, provide ongoing platform support, and help drive user adoption through effective documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential for delivering solutions that create measurable business value and enable operational excellence. Requirements 1-3 years of hands-on experience administering and developing solutions within the monday.com Work Management platform. Experience designing scalable solutions, workflows, and business processes using monday.com. Strong understanding of monday.com architecture, including workspaces, boards, dashboards, permissions, and governance best practices. Experience configuring automations, integrations, connected boards, and advanced reporting solutions. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide recommendations aligned with organizational objectives. Experience gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Agile product delivery methodologies and project management practices. Experience with APIs, data integrations, and enterprise applications is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. They are comfortable working directly with stakeholders, identifying process improvement opportunities, and developing scalable solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and value realization across a diverse portfolio of business initiatives.
