Join our dynamic team to build and enhance the BD VAMAnalytics platform—a modern web-based application that helps hospitals identify complications, optimize device utilization, and drive better patient and healthcare worker outcomes. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work across the technology stack, playing a key role in developing new features, improving performance, and ensuring high-quality code in both backend APIs and the frontend UI.
Primary Responsibilities Develop, Test, and Maintain High Quality Code:
Design, implement, and maintain ASP.NET Core web APIs and services in C#
Drive Technical Excellence:
Establish and enforce best practices for development, monitoring, and maintenance of code
Collaborate and Deliver:
Partner with Product Owners and other engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and well documented technical solutions
Ensure Product Quality:
Participate actively in code reviews, drive continuous improvement in development practices, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
Support and Resolve:
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex product issues, document technical designs, processes, and solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field 3+ years of professional software development experience
Core Languages/Frameworks:
Proven professional proficiency in C#, .
NET Core, and SQL Frontend Proficiency:
Experience with modern SPA frameworks like Angular, along with
TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Development Practices:
Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, GIT) and CI/CD pipelines
Testing Focus:
Experience with automated testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
Preferred Qualifications Cloud & Infrastructure:
Experience with AWS and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes.)
Data & Performance:
Experience in SQL performance tuning and data processing using Python Mobile Development experience: Experience with iOS development
Specialized Experience:
