Build backend services and business logic using Python. Develop modern user interfaces using React.js. Integrate applications with APIs, data sources, and AI/LLM services. Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in application testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities. Contribute to process automation and AI-driven business initiatives. Assist with database development, data analysis, and reporting solutions. Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, code quality, and system design. Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, standups, and code reviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience (bootcamp graduates welcome). Experience with Python for backend development, automation, API integrations, or business logic. Experience with React.js for frontend application development. Understanding of software development fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and web application architecture. Familiarity with REST APIs and modern development tools. Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills Internship, co-op, academic project, or professional experience developing software applications. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS. Experience using AI tools or LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies. Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain.
