Monday to Friday About the Role As a Software Engineer, you will join a team of talented IVR developers dedicated to delivering innovative, reliable, and scalable self-service solutions for contact centers. You will design, develop, test, and support IVR applications in a modern Cloud environment, using best engineering practices and high-quality development standards. Your contributions will shape solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes and ensure technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

Build and enhance IVR applications using modern engineering practices and Cloud technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions aligned with strategic business goals. Ensure high-quality code delivery through strong development, testing, and quality control practices. Lead and mentor developers as part of an agile team, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork. Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing IVR applications for optimal performance. Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions to guide the direction of solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong track record of delivering software through multiple full project implementations. Hands-on experience with IVR development and supporting technologies. Experience leading developers within an agile, fast-paced engineering environment. Commitment to engineering excellence, clean code, and scalable design. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to tackle complex challenges. Collaborative mindset and passion for working within a team.

Genesys IVR Compensation Hourly Rate:

65$-68$ per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
