$180K + Bonus

Pharma Company
Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business or related field.
8+ years of experience in a database/ information system management or similar role, preferred; Strong Workday experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems and audit processes and performing complex reporting and analyses using advanced reporting tools.
Proven experience with business intelligence tools including reporting and dashboards, preferred.
Project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferred.
Ability to gather requirements, design, configure and test Business Processes end to end.
Expert understanding of Workday and other hosted 3rd party applications; Strong understanding of Business Process Design and Configuration.
Strong digital savvy ability to influence others.
