full-time This role is based in New York. We work hybrid. In This Role, You Will
- Build and ship across our iOS app, backend services, and internal tooling
- Take specified work and carry it to production without needing it broken down further
- Use AI coding agents as your primary development tool, and improve how the team uses them
- Build and maintain agent-facing surfaces of the platform
- Work directly with the founders, with no layer in between You'll Thrive In This Role If You
- Have 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally full-stack and ideally in a startup environment; experience as a founder or founding engineer is highly valued
- Use AI coding agents daily on production work rather than as an experiment
- Are proficient in Swift, TypeScript or Python, and can pick up the others as needed
- Have familiarity with MCP, or a real appetite to learn it
- Own problems end-to-end and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done
- Are an effective, high throughput operator who can drive multiple concurrent projects and prioritize ruthlessly
- Have shipped software that real users depended on Compensation and Arrangement Part-time and hourly to start, $45 to $70 per hour depending on experience, with a path to full-time.
