These tools are used to streamline workflows, improve operational visibility, and ensure efficient data movement within a production environment. The role involves working alongside experienced developers while gaining hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, including troubleshooting, reporting, and system improvements. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development and ongoing support of internal applications using technologies such as .NET Core or Python, React, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Assist with connecting and synchronizing data between software platforms and physical systems. Prepare and organize data for reporting and analysis purposes. Support the creation of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SAP Web Intelligence. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical work. Help improve system performance, scalability, and user experience. Follow basic security practices to help safeguard data and applications. Participate in identifying and resolving bugs or performance issues. Assist in delivering custom reports and performing basic data analysis. Work with internal stakeholders to enhance workflows and business processes. Contribute to establishing and maintaining development standards and best practices. Provide support and updates for internal scheduling tools and applications. Help manage and maintain API integrations. Develop user documentation and instructional materials. Qualifications Hands-on experience with application or web development through academic projects, internships, bootcamps, or personal work. Exposure to core technologies such as: React JavaScript or TypeScript C# (.NET Core) or Python Microsoft SQL Server, including basic querying and database concepts Understanding of front-end fundamentals, including HTML and CSS. Familiarity with REST APIs; knowledge of SOAP is helpful but not required. Exposure to Agile development practices. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. Additional Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational habits. Comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in controlled production environments requiring specific safety protocols and protective equipment.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
