Software Engineer - Peoplesoft Las Vegas, NV Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking Software Engineer - Peoplesoft to join our team. Applicants will provide support in vulnerability remediation of Historical PeopleSoft

environment, including but not limited to PeopleTools 8.59.

Skills needed:

A thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle databases A thorough knowledge of the PeopleSoft infrastructure stack includes the application servers, process schedulers and PIA interactions. Candidate must be able to diagnose connectivity issues within the stack including database connectivity or firewall issues A thorough understanding of configuring PeopleSoft SSL functionality including digital certificates A thorough understanding of the PeopleSoft software stack including Tuxedo and Weblogic Experience with PS upgrades including application designer, the PeopleSoft Update Manager technology, the PeopleSoft Change Assistant and PeopleSoft PeopleTools updates. Experience applying periodic Oracle CPU patches including tuxedo rolling patches (as required), Weblogic PSU updates and java JDK updates. Good interpersonal skills among the various team members A self-starter that keeps on top of the releases of Oracle CPU's and drives the application of those CPUs to completion. Candidate will also be responsible for driving the refreshes of PUM instances to keep abreast of tax update releases.

Duration:

ASAP expected to be 2-4-week engagement.
