Software Engineer (Rust/C++)

We're partnered with a crypto infrastructure company building high-performance backend systems used to process and route large volumes of real-time transactional data. The engineering team is heavily focused on reliability, scalability and performance, with Rust being a core part of the stack.

The role includes:

• Building and scaling backend services in Rust
• Designing distributed systems handling real-time data flows
• Improving system throughput and reliability
• Working on infrastructure used across trading, payments and blockchain systems
• Optimising performance in latency-sensitive environments Ideal background:
• 3+ years backend engineering experience
• Strong commercial Rust experience
• Experience with distributed systems or high-scale backend services
• Interest in performance-focused engineering environments Experience from trading, fintech, infrastructure or crypto companies is highly relevant.
