Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills A WalkMe Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). The role supports enterprise applications by creating in app guidance, workflow automation, and user experience improvements that drive adoption and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain: Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other WalkMe DAP components.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to understand processes, identify pain points, and define digital adoption opportunities.
  • Configure WalkMe for: Application onboarding, Process automation, Self‑service support
  • Build segmentation, rules, and goals for personalized user experiences.
  • Analyze user behavior using WalkMe Insights; create dashboards and measure adoption metrics.
  • Perform A/B testing, usability tracking, and optimize WalkMe content based on performance insights.
  • Troubleshoot WalkMe issues, including script conflicts with web applications.
  • Participate in scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment of WalkMe solutions across platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and documentation to stakeholders; explain technical issues to non‑technical audiences. Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Typically 1-8 years in WalkMe development or digital adoption platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery and browser‑based debugging.
  • Experience in UX/UI design, user journey mapping, and content structuring.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, handle deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills Salary Range $120,000-$140,000 year
