Senior Embedded Software Engineer

We're seeking a Mid-Senior Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain firmware for low-power, connected embedded systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional hardware and software teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions. What You'll Do Develop embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems Build and optimize low-power solutions for battery-operated devices Work with BLE and other wireless IoT communication technologies Design, test, debug, and refine firmware for performance and reliability Collaborate with engineers to integrate hardware and software components Analyze and troubleshoot systems using lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.) Required Qualifications BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 7+ years of embedded systems experience Strong expertise in embedded C/C++ development Experience with ARM-based MCUs (STM32, NXP) and other platforms (AVR, PIC, DSP) Familiarity with bare-metal and/or RTOS-based development Hands-on experience with BLE and IoT protocols (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, cellular) Knowledge of common interfaces: I²C, SPI, UART, GPIO, ADC, CAN Ability to read schematics and interpret component datasheets Proven debugging and system optimization skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Silicon Labs BG22E and Simplicity Studio Background in system-level design (power, thermal, timing) Client-facing experience gathering and refining technical requirements What We Offer Competitive compensation aligned with your experience Collaborative, innovation-driven engineering environment Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Strong team culture focused on creativity, collaboration, and impact Join a team building cutting-edge embedded solutions that make a real-world difference.

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
