Job Description

Software engineer with a passion for problem solving using cutting edge technologies, including LLMs/AI and agentic development. Supports and enhances systems for enterprise resource planning, budgeting, data warehousing and financial reporting. Assists in providing support to ensure all systems are functioning optimally, data integrity is intact and financial reports are produced timely and accurately. Assists in implementing or enhancing systems following the software development lifecycle. Job Responsibility Must be periodically available In case of emergency on weekends, including Saturday and Sunday Assists in supporting various financial systems within the portfolio, following the support model, while providing excellent customer service to all customers and end users. Assists in analyzing and troubleshooting production problems, escalating issues and executing solutions. Works as part of a team. Implements or enhances systems, following the software development lifecycle and standard project management methods. Interacts with end users to assist in collecting, documenting and analyzing business requirements; communicates clearly and timely with customers and end users. Assists in creating clear, technical designs and specifications, developing solutions and communicating requirements to external developers. Assists in building, coordinating, and executing detailed test plans; trains end users; documents processes for knowledge transfer. Follows policies to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and communicates risks to manager. Keeps current with new functionality or technical offerings related to financial systems as well as with accounting concepts pertinent to healthcare finance.
