This role offers the opportunity to work on identity orchestration, passwordless authentication, multifactor authentication, and integrations that support a frictionless onboarding and login journey. Responsibilities Design, build, and support customer identity and authentication solutions using Transmit Security and Mosaic platforms. Develop and enhance registration, login, multifactor authentication, and account recovery journeys. Integrate security APIs and SDKs into web and mobile banking applications. Configure identity orchestration flows and adaptive authentication policies. Support passwordless and passkey-based authentication initiatives. Partner with cybersecurity, fraud, risk, architecture, and digital banking teams to improve security and user experience. Investigate and resolve authentication issues, integration defects, and production support incidents. Contribute to architecture reviews and help ensure solutions align with security and banking standards. Create technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and support procedures. Assist with vendor collaboration and platform upgrade efforts. Skills Hands-on experience with Transmit Security and the Mosaic platform. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML. Development experience with Java, JavaScript, .NET, or similar enterprise technologies. Background in IAM and CIAM solutions. Experience with MFA, FIDO2, WebAuthn, and passkey authentication. Understanding of API security, token handling, and encryption concepts. Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or hybrid setups. Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate clearly across teams. Preferred Skills Experience in banking or financial services environments. Exposure to customer authentication and fraud prevention solutions. Knowledge of customer onboarding or KYC integrations. Experience with identity orchestration platforms. Familiarity with vendor platforms such as Okta. Security, IAM, or cloud certifications such as CISSP or related credentials. Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
