The Position We are seeking a talented software developer to join our team in Brunswick, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in the full software development lifecycle. This includes maintaining the robust foundation of our existing software products and implementing innovative solutions for the future. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions and features. Maintain and enhance our flagship software products to ensure continued reliability for our global user base. Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability, performance, and readability. Diagnose complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and design effective, scalable fixes. Work independently on tasks while managing priorities in a dynamic development environment.

Required Skills:

Thorough knowledge of C and C++ programming languages. Experience with Microsoft development tools, including Visual Studio. Familiarity with Git for source control and collaboration. A strong ability to multi-task and manage projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Windows Win32 API development. Knowledge of SQL, ASP.NET, and C#. Familiarity with TCP/IP and network programming. Previous work with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
