- 7+ years of hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting IBM z/OS mainframe applications in large-scale, regulated enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and CICS, supporting both online transaction processing and complex batch workflows.
- Proven ability to understand, refactor, and modernize large, complex legacy codebases while maintaining system stability and performance Enterprise Mainframe Tooling & Platforms
- Deep experience with mainframe source control and deployment tooling used in enterprise financial institutions, including Endevor or successor platforms, and an understanding of enterprise promotion and audit controls.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise batch scheduling tools (e.g., CA-7, Control-M) and end-to-end batch dependency management.
- Experience working within mainframe security frameworks, including ACF2 concepts, privileged access controls, and separation-of-duties requirements. Mainframe with Hogan Experience with the Following Skills preferred:
- z/OS COBOL and CICS design
- Batch COBOL software Development
- CICS Cobol Software Development
- JCL
- z/OS Operating system concepts
- VSAM
- TSO/SPF

Base Salary:
$55,000.00 - $152,375.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.- Application Window
