5% Position Summary
Develop project cost and schedule estimates for Build-to-Print based request for quotes. Identify the manufacturing process, accurately develop the cost model, create quotations and provide other supporting information as needed to sell Lincoln Electric Automation-designed equipment.
Position Responsibilities Evaluate the feasibility of Build-to-Print projects based on data supplied by Sales, Engineering, Management and Customers.
Identify, develop and assist in the development of tools needed for the quoting process
Help to develop manufacturing processes and concepts capable of producing systems or products
Assist as necessary with customer communication, presentations, and trade related events.
Follow-up as necessary with sales, customers, and representatives.
Responsible for following Department ISO procedures
Participate in activities to ensure continued process improvements.
Essential Skills and Experience Minimum High School Diploma, Associate degree in technical discipline desired
Basic CAD experience (3D modeling is a plus)
Understanding of basic Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
3 years' minimum experience working with customers and suppliers
Experience working in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Effective writing and communication skills.
