We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a team in Columbus, Indiana on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent position. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys building reporting solutions, developing scalable applications, and working across modern web and backend technologies. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain reporting solutions that support business operations and decision-making.
• Develop and enhance software applications using technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem, including .NET, along with other modern development tools as needed.
• Create and support REST-based integrations that enable reliable communication between internal and external systems.
• Write and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data processes using Oracle PL/SQL and related reporting platforms.
• Build user-facing features with JavaScript frameworks such as React.js and Redux to deliver responsive, intuitive interfaces.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to dashboarding, analytics, and visualization efforts using tools such as SSRS and Microsoft Power BI.
• Support emerging development initiatives involving AI-driven capabilities and automation where applicable.
