This position reports to the Sales Engineering Manager and is exempt.

Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations for products and systems to meet customers' requirements. Provide quotation follow-up as required. Provide technical support for customers, internal staff, and external sales force. Develop pricing for lifting systems and specialty linear positioning equipment. Ensure that final product designs meet customers' specifications. Interact with customers, customer service, external sales force, design engineering, and manufacturing personnel to support customers' requirements. Work with engineers to resolve problems that arise during and after implementation. Domestic travel (up to 5%). Identifies specific activities required to accomplish objectives and priorities to drive desired results and meet deadlines or outside obligations. Complete reporting requirements as requested by Sales Engineering Manager as related to performance metrics or other measures that foster continuous improvement. Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by management. Critical Skills Trustworthiness

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. 0-2 years of experience. Excellent customer service skills. Leadership potential. Able to control multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD). Self-motivated and driven. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
