Beaverton, Oregon job type: Contract salary: $23.33 - 32.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Support process development for innovative footwear technologies, specifically focusing on composite materials like carbon and glass fiber.

Work as part of the Footwear Innovation team to help scale new technologies from initial development to global implementation.

Collaborate with global partners to align on manufacturing processes, maintaining schedule flexibility for international calls as needed.

Apply CAD skills, handle epoxies safely, and execute hands-on composites manufacturing while lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.

Document development workflows, present findings to project teams, and utilize statistical analysis to optimize process efficiency.

qualifications:

3+ years of experience in manufacturing or materials development within footwear, with experience in carbon fiber, glass fiber, or composite materials preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred, alongside technical expertise in composites manufacturing, CAD software, safe epoxy handling, statistical analysis,. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills with a collaborative mindset and flexibility to partner across global time zones.
