We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team as we transition into an AI-augmented development model. In this role, you will be an active contributor to our shift toward an AI-augmented development model, gaining hands-on experience with emerging technologies. You will have the opportunity to support the development of agentic AI workflows that automate maintenance and reduce technical debt, ensuring our flagship Vista ERP product continues to lead the AECO sector. Key Exciting Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing agentic AI workflows to help automate maintenance and refactor legacy code within the Vista ERP ecosystem. Utilize AI agents to help automate the generation of boilerplate code, documentation, and unit tests to improve development efficiency. Support the development of full-stack solutions, including .NET Core services in Azure, WinForms, and Blazor web applications. Contribute to the modernization of application architecture by applying AI-driven patterns and ensuring high coding standards. Participate in team technical sessions to resolve maintenance challenges and support the delivery of high-quality software features. Essential Skills & Experience 2 to 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on C# and .NET. Exposure to or a strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI frameworks. Foundation in cloud concepts and containerization, specifically with Docker or Azure services. SQL, REST
Web APIs, and fundamental unit testing practices. Strong collaborative skills and a desire to learn within a high-performing engineering team.
