Design Consultant

We're a third-generation, family-run remodeling company looking for someone who's strong with both people and design. This role is part sales, part design. You'll meet with homeowners, guide them through our process, and help bring their project to life through plans, selections, and 3D visuals. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and lead in-home consultations Create as-built floor plans and proposed layouts Develop 3D conceptual designs using Chief Architect (or similar) Guide clients through finish and fixture selections Use Buildertrend to manage selections, communication, and project details Help present investment ranges and move toward signed design agreements Coordinate ordering and work closely with the production team What We Offer $70,000-$100,000+ annual earning potential Qualified leads provided — no cold calling Steady pipeline of kitchen, bath, and remodeling projects Support from an experienced team A proven, design-first process What We're Looking For Experience with Chief Architect (or similar design software) Experience with Buildertrend (or similar CRM/project management tool) Strong communication and ability to build trust Ability to create plans, 3D visuals, and guide selections Organized and able to manage multiple projects Expert level sales & design skills Why Highland Ridge We've been serving the Portland area since 1992. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
