While we maintain a retail presence, our operations are heavily focused on e-commerce, online sales, and auctions . In this role, you will assist with customer service, product handling, online listings, shipping operations, and daily business needs across multiple companies when required. Your energetic approach and team-first mindset will help create a fun, efficient environment for both collectors and online customers alike. Duties Provide expert assistance in selecting trading cards, accessories, and merchandise for in-store and online customers. Create, manage, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. Assist with online auctions, including item preparation, photography, descriptions, scheduling, and fulfillment. Manage inventory levels, product intake, organization, and data entry with accuracy. Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and online order systems. Pick, pack, and ship online orders in a timely and professional manner. Educate customers on card sets, trading strategies, and upcoming releases to enhance their experience. Ensure the store and work areas remain clean, safe, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with special events such as card trading nights, tournaments, or promotional activities. Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks. Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive, helpful attitude at all times. Be flexible and willing to assist with responsibilities across multiple business operations as needed. Step in where needed to support the overall success of the team and company. Qualifications Passionate about trading cards, collectibles, or gaming communities, with strong enthusiasm for the hobby. Experience and knowledge of Pokémon preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and positively. Comfortable with computers, online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and basic technology. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Basic understanding of cash handling, sales processing, shipping, and inventory systems. Previous retail, e-commerce, warehouse, auction, or cashier experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Reliable, dependable team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new products, systems, and industry trends.
