W2 candidates; work authorization valid for at least 12 months Role Overview Lead Application Management Services (AMS) and production-support activities for enterprise Java/J2EE applications within a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance environment. The role involves owning day-to-day application support, incident and problem resolution, defect fixes, application enhancements, releases, and continuous-improvement initiatives while maintaining application stability, availability, performance, security, and SLA adherence. The role also requires providing technical leadership and coordinating with development, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, release management, and business stakeholders.
