Job Description

We're working on behalf of a client seeking a dedicated Endpoint Engineer to join their team and help streamline their IT operations across multiple entities. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into more advanced levels, potentially reaching salary ranges into the high $80s to $90s for top-tier talent. Ideal candidates are levels in Endpoint Engineer roles, with the flexibility to evolve into senior capacities, bringing a well-rounded skill set that includes endpoint management, cloud integrations, and proactive support.
Requirements:
Previous experience in endpoint management, ideally in a support or engineering capacity Proficiency in troubleshooting complex tickets and escalations Knowledge of O365, SharePoint, Teams, and identity management solutions Familiarity with Intune, Defender, Azure AD, Conditional Access, and enterprise app configuration Background in supporting projects such as app migrations, Teams rollouts, and Azure provisioning Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and navigate ambiguity Jr. System Admin experience or related roles, with some exposure to projects and implementations Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams Main responsibilities: Manage endpoint solutions, ensuring proper deployment, security, and updates Assist with escalated support tickets that go beyond standard service desk activities Contribute to ongoing projects such as Azure setup, app migrations, and Teams deployments Support identity and access management initiatives across the organization Collaborate with team members to identify gaps and improve IT service delivery Assist in developing and maintaining documentation and workflows for endpoint and O365 administration Take ownership of projects that reduce Jason's workload and improve operational efficiency
