Requirements:

Previous experience in endpoint management, ideally in a support or engineering capacity Proficiency in troubleshooting complex tickets and escalations Knowledge of O365, SharePoint, Teams, and identity management solutions Familiarity with Intune, Defender, Azure AD, Conditional Access, and enterprise app configuration Background in supporting projects such as app migrations, Teams rollouts, and Azure provisioning Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and navigate ambiguity Jr. System Admin experience or related roles, with some exposure to projects and implementations Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams Main responsibilities: Manage endpoint solutions, ensuring proper deployment, security, and updates Assist with escalated support tickets that go beyond standard service desk activities Contribute to ongoing projects such as Azure setup, app migrations, and Teams deployments Support identity and access management initiatives across the organization Collaborate with team members to identify gaps and improve IT service delivery Assist in developing and maintaining documentation and workflows for endpoint and O365 administration Take ownership of projects and improve operational efficiency
