- Design reusable integration frameworks and development standards.
- Lead technical architecture discussions for Workday integrations and adjacent HR systems.
- Support integrations between Workday and ServiceNow

solutions, payroll providers, benefits administrators, recruiting systems, learning platforms, analytics platforms, and enterprise applications.- Develop advanced and composite reports and support workforce analytics requirements.
- Configure and support Workday security frameworks and governance controls.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production integrations and lead root-cause analysis efforts.
- Lead Workday release assessments, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
