  • Develop solutions utilizing Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate.
  • Design reusable integration frameworks and development standards.
  • Lead technical architecture discussions for Workday integrations and adjacent HR systems.
  • Support integrations between Workday and ServiceNow

solutions, payroll providers, benefits administrators, recruiting systems, learning platforms, analytics platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Develop advanced and composite reports and support workforce analytics requirements.
  • Configure and support Workday security frameworks and governance controls.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production integrations and lead root-cause analysis efforts.
  • Lead Workday release assessments, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
