Description RPA Engineer (Globus Medical, Inc., Audubon, PA): Designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort; Designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions to automate business processes; Integrating RPA with various software applications and existing systems and Oracle database; Maintaining and troubleshooting RPA platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability; Configuring and managing UiPath Orchestrator for robot deployment, scheduling, and monitoring; Conducting thorough testing of developed bots to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional handling; Documenting process workflows, solution designs, and best practices for RPA processes, including technical specifications; Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility; Ensuring RPA solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements; Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in deployed bots and automation workflows; Monitoring and optimizing RPA performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement; and Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in RPA technologies. 10-15% domestic travel to client sites required for business visits, client requirement gathering, and new project implementation. Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 3 years of experience in a related occupation.

Requires experience with:

Analyzing and developing cost-effective automated RPA (UiPath) software for resource optimization; Improving productivity using OCR, VBA, Databases, UiPath Computer Vision, and UiPath Task Capture; Collaborating with business clients to analyze requirements and recommend design improvements for products; Conducting user acceptance testing with cross-functional business teams to test products; Developing strategies and solutions utilizing RPA mythologies; Setting strategic priorities using Agile (Azure DevOps) and UiPath Automation Hub; Performing implementation using Agile methodologies; Building scalable automation workflows using UiPath Studio, including selectors, reusable components, and exception-handling logic; Translating business requirements into technical automation architecture and workflows; Participating in the full automation lifecycle, including Requirements gathering, Solution design, Development, Testing and UAT support, and Deployment and production rollout; and Preparing and maintaining project documentation including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), Test scripts and test cases, and Training materials and user guides.
