Trainee

• Timber Solutions Operative We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated individual to join the Rhyl Timber Factory as a Trainee
• Timber Solutions Operative on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cutting machinery and presses in the manufacture and assembly of timber construction products to acceptable and defined quality standards and specifications. As part of the Timber Solutions Factory the post holder will receive: On the job instruction, support and training Formal qualifications including employability support. Paid employment for up to 12 months. Support of the Lead Operative, Production & QA Manager and the Design & Compliance Manager As part of the Timber Solutions Factory, the post holder will be expected to : Attend work every day on time. Undertake all training as stated on the job description. Attend regular 121 sessions with your Production & QA Manager to discuss progress. Direction towards employment opportunities at the end of the fixed term contract.
