Job Description
Daily Tasks include:
1. Development & Production Engineering- Developing production enhancements
- Fixing defects and addressing root causes
- Review logs, SQL queries, backend processes, and data anomalies to resolve complex production issue 2. Production Support & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze production metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and system bottlenecks
- Lead impact assessments for releases, upgrades, and configuration changes
- Ensure accurate execution of production schedules and releases 3. Leadership & Team Oversight
- Lead offshore production team with task planning, code quality reviews
- Serve as the top technical escalation point for complex production issues

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 7+ years in a .NET based development and production environment for enterprise applications
- Healthcare payer experience specifically within the Medicare/Medicaid space
- 4+ years leading development or production teams
- Experience leading or working closely with offshore teams
- SQL experience with querying, troubleshooting and data validation
- Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Proven ability to:
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
- Deliver fixes under pressure
- Balance development work with leadership responsibilities
- Experience supporting LTSS Care Management systems is strongly preferred
- 5-7+ years of experience in: o System integrations (EDI, vendor platforms, claims systems) o Automation initiatives in production environments o CBAP or relevant technical certifications preferred
