Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance an enterprise deployment environment, ensuring reliability and scalability for mission-critical applications. Our team values adaptability, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer support and engineering for enterprise deployment solutions, including after-hours change controls. Upgrade platform versions and oversee installations, configurations, and administration of deployment tools. Plan and execute software upgrades using prior experience in similar projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to team initiatives and technology growth.

Required:

Minimum 4 years hands-on expertise with IBM UrbanCode Deploy (uDeploy), including installation, configuration, and administration. Experience with onboarding users, managing licenses, and building/supporting custom and vendor-provided plugins. Proficiency in coding languages such as Groovy, Ansible, and Python, with experience automating engineering tasks and supporting integration solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a virtual environment and adapt to new technologies and requirements.
