We are seeking a Configuration Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in configuration or manufacturing engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business principles, strategic planning, and project management. Proficiency in ERP systems like AS400, SAP, or Windchill, along with a solid grasp of BOM structures, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes, is essential. Experience in security access solutions, architectural building materials, or the construction industry, as well as managing projects from inception to post-implementation, would be a significant advantage. Certifications like CMII or CMPIC are preferred. 5+ years of experience in configuration engineering or manufacturing engineering Experience and understanding of business principles, strategic planning, critical thinking, budgeting, execution, KPIs, resource allocation, and project management Strong technical expertise in ERP Systems (e.g. AS400, SAP, Windchill) Strong understanding of BOM structures, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes Certification in Configuration Management II (CMII) or Configuration Management Process Improvement Center (CMPIC) (preferred) Previous experience in security access solutions, architectural building materials or the construction industry (preferred) Previous experience managing projects from inception through post implementation (preferred) What's in It for You?
