Job Description
Applications Engineer Stroudsburg, PA Join a leader in high-performance RF and microwave interconnect solutions supporting critical Defense, Space, and Telecom applications worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical liaison between customers, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to support RF and microwave product solutions. Support customer programs by reviewing specifications, preparing technical proposals, and managing design documentation and performance verification. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements. Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and program support for key customer accounts and major projects. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor"s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience with RF, microwave, or high-frequency coaxial products, preferably within interconnects or passive components. Strong understanding of RF principles, cable assemblies, connectors, and system-level integration. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience within the defense, aerospace, or space industries. Familiarity with CAD, SolidWorks, HFSS, CST, AS9100, ISO-9001, or military/space qualification standards.
