Westchester or Philadelphia Looking for a experienced Lead Architect with expertise on Cresta with the below skills
Key skills:
Assess current architecture and potential blockers to enabling the full Cresta capabilities
Understanding of Cresta capabilities required to meet Comcast s program goals and timelines
Understanding of key systems / processes in telecom and chat, data platforms (for real time context and reporting / analytics), AI decisioning, cross platform integrations, etc.
Support end to end architecture: strategy, documentation and gap analysis
Leverage industry best practices and future state business architecture to facilitate shared end-state technical architecture
Document data and system integration plan with blockers and possible solutions
Document end state architecture across enterprise AI platforms, agent tools, voice/chat platforms and data platforms enabling the full set of Cresta capabilities
Platform business requirements to address identified gaps
