The ideal candidate is a hands-on Teamcenter developer who can independently deliver customizations, troubleshoot production issues, build integrations, and collaborate effectively across global teams while maintaining high standards for quality, supportability, and documentation.
Location:
Candidate must be located within driving distance of Akron, Ohio or willing to relocate at their own expense.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite. Why This Role Matters Drives the development and support of critical PLM applications that enable tire design, engineering, and manufacturing processes globally. Ensures the stability, reliability, and performance of Teamcenter solutions that support key business operations and innovation initiatives. Partners with cross-functional global teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes. Contributes to continuous improvement efforts through automation, modernization, and adoption of emerging technologies. What You Will Do Design, develop, and enhance Teamcenter applications, integrations, and customizations using ITK, BMIDE, and
SOA/REST
technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and data-related issues while supporting production environments and incident management processes. Collaborate with business, engineering, architecture, and QA teams to deliver scalable technical solutions aligned with business needs. Build and support integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware technologies. Follow SDLC, Agile, DevOps, testing, documentation, and release management best practices. Maintain system performance, data integrity, and operational excellence through continuous improvement and support activities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related discipline with 5+ years of Siemens Teamcenter development experience in enterprise environments or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Strong technical expertise in Teamcenter customization (ITK, BMIDE, SOA/REST), Java or C++, SQL, scripting/automation, and web technologies. Experience with enterprise integrations, Agile/DevOps methodologies, CI/CD tools, production support, incident management, and ServiceNow. Experience with Teamcenter T4X integrations, CAD/PLM environments, Snowflake, Power BI, AWS cloud technologies, or AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
