Cognos/TM1 Developer (Remote)

A top health insurance provider is seeking a motivated Cognos/TMI Developer to work remotely in Chattanooga, TN. This contract-to-hire role involves designing and developing information systems. •This is a Remote opportunity.•

Responsibilities:

Formulating and defining system scope and objectives Modifying application systems to optimize performance Designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs Providing technical leadership and guidance Working with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical specs Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis and programming Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Tools - IBM Cognos, MS SQL Server, Google Big Query, Azure DevOps Experience with Cognos and TM1 Knowledge of Information Technology concepts and methodologies Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments Interpret and translate complex concepts for team members Proven analysis, design, and coding skills Success in leading medium to complex technology-based projects

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in the Health Insurance industry Experience with SAS, SQL, and/or SSRS Strong technical and analytical skills
