Georgetown, KY Role Summary:
Join a dynamic Business Support team and help engineering leaders move from curiosity to consistent, responsible AI-enabled development. You ll design and deliver hands-on training, labs, demos, and reusable playbooks that teach practical AI workflows across the software development lifecycle. By partnering with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, data, cloud, product, and responsible AI stakeholders, you ll ensure guidance aligns with approved tools, standards, and enterprise expectations. Your work will directly improve adoption confidence, learning quality, and the safe integration of AI into day-to-day engineering routines.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver hands-on AI training for software engineers, architects, and technical product teams Build developer curriculum, workshops, labs, demos, facilitator guides, and reusable learning assets Teach practical AI workflows across requirements, coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and release support Create realistic, credible technical examples and lab exercises engineering teams can use immediately Facilitate technical sessions, bootcamps, lunch-and-learns, and hackathon-style enablement events Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content with enterprise tool standards and responsible AI expectations Develop prompt libraries, technical playbooks, and reference patterns for technical users Gather feedback and adoption barriers to continuously improve enablement programs Advise on smart implementation, including transparent model/tool selection and cost awareness
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Credibility gained by working closely with software engineers (not just training them) Strong ability to explain AI clearly without hype especially to skeptical or advanced audiences Comfort teaching through live demos and adapting when tools or environments change A learn-by-doing approach using labs, examples, and repeatable guidance Experience in enterprise environments with governance, security, or human-in-the-loop review
Required Skills/Experience:
5+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, DevOps/platform engineering, or technical enablement experience Hands-on experience using AI tools in technical development workflows (coding, debugging, documentation, testing, automation, etc.) Ability to design and facilitate technical training for engineering audiences Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (requirements development testing code review deployment/support) Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Awareness of responsible AI, security, privacy, IP considerations, and human review requirements Ability to collaborate effectively in a large enterprise environment
Other Skills:
Prompt engineering for technical workflows Familiarity with RAG, agents, LLM evaluation, orchestration patterns, and/or enterprise AI architectures Experience creating technical labs, sample repositories, enablement guides, or developer documentation Experience supporting hackathons, developer communities, bootcamps, or internal technology events Knowledge of DevSecOps/governance-heavy environments
