Position Summary:

The Domain Application Architect provides leadership in the development of software application solutions used by the business community within their application domain. This leadership includes solution design, implementation, and maintenance that is consistent with the defined enterprise software architecture standards.

What you will do:

Communicate and ensure adherence to architecture standards across the team's product portfolioDesign and develop programs according to the specifications and established coding standards, and testing them for accuracy and optimal performanceAnalyze current business systems, determining the scope and estimates for tasks related enhancements or issues that need to be resolvedAnalyze software packages as potential solutionsCreate Software Architecture artifacts and present them for review at the Application Engineering Council (AAC)Collaborate with internal customers to establish technical requirementsPerform integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability, and optimal performancePerform system software maintenance, support, and requirements analysisConduct and facilitate formal code reviewsContinue to learn and apply AI as part of our dev/ops processLeveraging SWAT mentality on Customer/Sales initiatives which may require Dev and BA workRoadmapping security vulnerability activities and quick deploy practices with AI When you will work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pmHybrid schedule: 4 days in office in Wyoming, MI or Atlanta, GA with 1 day remote What you'll bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.4-6 years of previous software development experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.

Demonstrated mastery of current development and design technologies required.

Application/database design and architecture experience required.

Strong commitment to software quality required.

Proven analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills requiredSolid customer focus, teamwork, innovation, creativity, and relationship building required.

Must have good written, verbal, organizational and communication skills as well as problem-solving capabilities.

Must have the ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.

Must demonstrate drive and initiative and be highly motivated toward company, team, and individual results and maintain a high focus on priorities.

Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, and reference established precedents and policies.
