Technologies Inc. is a technology company focused on advanced Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS). We develop and integrate modular C-UAS solutions combining multiple detection technologies, command-and-control software and countermeasure capabilities to protect military, government and critical infrastructure customers against evolving unmanned threats. XCERUS is expanding its operational presence in the United States and building a U.S.-based technical team to support customer demonstrations, system integration, field evaluations, and deployments. We are looking for a technically strong, hands-on engineer who wants to play a key role in building that capability. The Role The Field Applications Engineer will serve as the primary technical interface between XCERUS, our U.S. customers, and our engineering organization in Poland. The role combines field engineering, system integration, technical pre-sales support and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will work directly with

systems in laboratory, demonstration, and operational environments. Key Responsibilities Prepare equipment and conduct customer demonstrations, training sessions and field evaluations following product training and established procedures. Install, configure and operate

equipment and software using approved system configurations. Support technical pre-sales activities by explaining product functionality and assisting with customer presentations. Assist with connecting and testing sensors, C2 software and other approved system components. Record technical issues, field observations and customer requests, and coordinate follow-up with the engineering team. Maintain demonstration equipment, inventory and readiness for customer activities. Represent XCERUS professionally during customer visits, demonstrations, and industry events. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years of experience in technical support, equipment installation, testing, maintenance or system configuration. Hands-on ability to set up electronic equipment, identify faults and resolve common hardware and software issues. Working knowledge of IP networking and computer-based equipment configuration. Ability to follow technical documentation, record issues clearly and work with engineering teams on their resolution. Ability to organize assigned tasks and work independently within established procedures. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time and attend initial product and technical training in Poland. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to RF equipment, sensors, surveillance systems, or other electronic systems. Familiarity with Linux and basic diagnostic tools. Previous customer support or field service experience. Prior C-UAS experience is not required; product-specific training will be provided.
