Full Stack Developer

As a WITS Software Engineer, you will: Collaborate within a top-tier software team to refine and expand your skills through Lean/Agile practices. Dive into system issues to identify root causes and develop effective solutions. Engage in all phases of software development, from design to deployment and continuous improvement efforts. Work closely with peers, product management, and architecture teams to innovate and craft elegant software solutions. Utilize a variety of learning resources to grow professionally and stay ahead of industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with 8+ years of relevant software development experience. Experience in Microservices development using C# / .NET Core. Experience in web development with Angular. A firm grasp of Object-Oriented design and programming. Experience with Lean and/or Agile development methodologies. A creative mindset and the ability to adapt innovative ideas to existing frameworks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information succinctly. A results-driven approach with a knack for identifying and eliminating inefficiencies. An eagerness to learn and absorb new knowledge and concepts. Responsibility and accountability in all aspects of the job.

Pay:

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
