Suitland, Maryland - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite/week)

5+ years of hands-on software development experience Strong Python development with Django/FastAPI Production-level React / Next.js frontend experience RESTful API development and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns Pydantic-driven validation PostgreSQL/Aurora - schema design, optimization, migrations AWS - EKS, Aurora, S3, IAM, VPC, KMS AWS deployment/troubleshooting across classified environments Terraform module development and maintenance GitLab CI/CD and Git workflows Keycloak, OIDC, SAML, or CAC/PIV authentication Experience with STIG-hardened and FIPS-validated environments DevSecOps experience and AI-assisted development tools

Important:

Active TS/SCI is required Must have production frontend experience—backend-only candidates will not be considered Must be able to work onsite in Suitland, MD, 2-3 days per week

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
